1. What we collect

Account details (email, name), billing information processed by our payment provider (we never store card numbers), the series and videos you create, and standard usage data that helps us keep the service fast and reliable.

2. Connected social accounts

When you connect TikTok, YouTube or Instagram, we store only the authorization tokens the platform issues — never your passwords. Tokens are used solely to publish the videos you schedule and are deleted when you disconnect the account.

3. How we use your data

To operate Shortstorm: generating your videos, publishing on your schedule, billing your subscription and providing support. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third-party processors

We use trusted providers for payments, hosting, AI generation and analytics, bound by their own data-processing agreements. A current list is available on request.

5. Your rights

You can export or delete your data and close your account at any time by contacting us. EU/EEA users have the rights provided by the GDPR, including access, correction and erasure.
