1. The service
Shortstorm generates short-form videos using artificial intelligence and, where you connect social accounts, publishes them on your behalf. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your content and ownership
You own the videos you generate with Shortstorm, including full commercial rights. You are responsible for the topics and niches you choose and for complying with the rules of the platforms you publish to.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Shortstorm to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others, or to spam or manipulate platforms in violation of their policies. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Subscriptions, trials and refunds
Plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period, and payments for started periods and renewals are not refunded. Your first purchase is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, provided you have generated fewer than 10 videos: contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund the full amount to your original payment method. The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first purchase only — not to renewals, plan changes or subsequent purchases. Free trial videos carry a watermark.
5. Credits
Video generation consumes credits, which reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Failed generations are retried automatically and do not consume credits.
6. Connected accounts
Social accounts are connected through each platform's official authorization flow. We never receive your passwords, and you can disconnect an account at any time. Publishing is subject to each platform's own availability and policies.
7. Disclaimers
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies — review videos covering factual topics before publishing where accuracy matters. Shortstorm does not guarantee views, growth or monetization eligibility on any platform. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
